Payment + Delivery
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way! If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery timeframe we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. We recommend that you provide a suitable daytime address to ensure your order can be accepted. Please also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details to ensure we can contact you regarding your delivery if required
LALABAZAAR uses the Australia Post Eparcel service for all deliveries so that your purchases arrive as quickly as possible! This system is fast and secure, as all deliveries must be signed for.
If orders are received before 12pm EST* on a business day, it will be sent that same day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Any order made on the weekend will be sent out the next business day. We aim to have your order to you as quick as possible. Please bear with us if for some unforseen calamity, natural disaster or otherwise, it does take a little longer.
We deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Eparcel Service. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 and takes approximately 2-6 business days. To rush your order we recommend choosing Express Post for a flat rate of $12.00. On orders below $100, we charge $9.35. Australia Post guarantee next day delivery for major cities and approximately 1-2 business days for all other areas. Please keep in mind that delivery time frames are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances within the postal service.

We ship to New Zealand using International Pack and Track with Australia Post. Shipping is standard at a flat rate of $15.00. Delivery can take 6-12 Days.
Lalabazaar ships to most countries using pack & track or registered post for a flat rate of $AUD 25.00. Delivery usually takes 5-12 days. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for orders that do take longer to deliver due to postal systems and procedures of different countries. While we will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes on New Zealand and International orders, in the event that an international shipments attracts custom duties and taxes the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on their order.

We accept the risk (other than for consequential loss) of the goods being lost in transit until arrival at the address nominated by you in your order provided it is a location to which the normal business deliveries can be made. We do not accept any responsibility for delay in delivery. If delivery is delayed by your unreasonable refusal to accept the goods (or in the case of insufficient authority or instructions have been given the leaving of the goods at the address - your collection of the goods from the carrier is unreasonably delayed), all risks pass to you from the time when the goods would have ordinarily been received by at the nominated address. You may be billed for storage in the case of ongoing delay in delivery or collection. You must inspect the goods promptly on delivery and if requested, sign a receipt for having received the goods.
Order collection is available for all local customers at our HQ in South Brisbane. Simply select 'Pick Up' at the Checkout and provide your Order # upon arriving. You are welcome to collect your order between 12.30 - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday from the following address -
