At Lalabazaar.com, we understand that sometimes when buying online an item might not be 100% what you expected. Please read below for our conditions on returning and exchanging items. If you have any further questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@lalabazaar.com.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Simply log into your account.
  2. In the My Account section, click the My Orders (return an item) tab.
  3. On the ‘Search for orders’ page, click the ‘Search’ button.
  4. Find the order containing the item you would like to return.
  5. Click the ‘Create Return’ button.
  6. Select the item(s) you wish to return and select the corresponding ‘Reason for returning’.
  7. Click ‘Create’ button.
  8. Once we receive the Return Request, we will send you an email confirming your return.
  9. If you have access to a printer, please click on ‘Please click this link to see the return details’ link,
  10. Then click on the ‘Print Return Slip’

If you cannot access your account, please email your return request to returns@lalabazaar.com with your order number.

Conditions for refunds:

We offer refunds on FULL PRICED items ONLY for incorrect sizing and for faulty products, provided that all of our standard returns conditions are met. We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind for delays within the postal service.

CONDITIONS

  • Return requests are made within 7 days of receiving item by filling out the request form, or by contacting us at returns@lalabazaar.com.
  • After submitting the form you will receive a Returns Authorisation Number, and details of how to make your return. Returns will NOT be approved without an RAN.
  • Returns are received unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging attached in a resalable condition. Returns will not be approved until a quality control check has been made to ensure this.
  • Items must be received at LB HQ within 30 days. Items received after this time frame with only qualify for store credit.
  • Refunds will only be processed once stock has arrived at our head office in an acceptable condition: Unworn, unwashed, original tags attached and in a resalable condition.
  • Any faults must be communicated to Lalabazaar prior to returning your item.
  • The cost of postage is non-refundable.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on lingerie or swimwear

ALL ITEMS SOLD ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

WE DO NOT REFUND THE COST OF POSTAGE.

Conditions for exchanges:

We offer exchanges or store credits for full priced or discounted items, unless stated otherwise. We DO NOT offer exchanges or credits simply for change of mind.

Please note that store credits expire after three months from time of receipt of RAN.

EXCHANGE VALUE EXCLUDES POSTAGE COST.

Processing Time

Once the item/s have been received and have undergone a quality control check to they meet our company conditions, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. We aim to have all our returns processed within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. Please note: depending on your financial institution, refunds into your bank account can take up to 5 business days to reach the nominated account after processing. Items purchased via credit card will be refunded to the same card. Transactions that are processed via PayPal will be refunded to the nominated card/account via the PayPal system. For sales where the transactions are completed with a gift certificate/store credit, a new gift certificate/store credit will be issued.

All risks pass to the customer when sending parcels back to Lalabazaar. We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit and only provide refunds/exchanges/credits for items that are returned successfully.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty product, please contact returns@lalabazaar.com immediately so we can fix this for you! Returns for Manufacturer faults must be requested within a month of receiving the item. The above conditions will be applied and any faults must be noted prior to sending the product back to us.

SAMPLE SHOP

Due to extent of the discounts on items available in the Lalabazaar Sample Shop, we ONLY offer CREDITS for these items when purchased at the listed price.  There are NO RETURNS on Sample Shop items with increased reductions due to promotional offers.

CONDITIONS

  • Requests are made within 7 days of receiving item by filling out the return request form, or by contacting us at returns@lalabazaar.com.
  • We DO NOT offer any refunds  for items purchased in the Sample Shop.
  • We ONLY offer returns for items with a factory fault or incorrect sizing.
  • NO RETURNS for exchanges when an item is further reduced due to promotional offers.
  • Returned items to be exchanged are received unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Items must be in a resalable condition. Exchanged items will not be sent out until the returned item has undertaken a quality control check.
  • Items must be received at LB HQ within 30 days. 

RETURNS FOR AFTERPAY

Afterpay allows you to receive your item/s now, and pay it off in four fortnightly installments. If you have selected Afterpay as a payment service, you are able to return your item/s for a full refund, less any postage costs, pending a quality control check. Simply return your item/s as normal within 7 days of receiving them. All standard rules for returns apply. If you have already made an Afterpay installment payment, that payment will be refunded and the payment plan cancelled. Otherwise, if no payments have been received, your plan will be cancelled and no charges will be applied. If you wish to return several items from your Afterpay order whilst keeping your favourites, we will remove those items from your payment plan and your outstanding amount will be altered accordingly with consideration to what you have already paid. It is up to the discretion of Lalabazaar to refuse any return.
